Commander Phinneas Q. Tiberius is in way over his head.  Literally.

A giant, brash, barrel-chested alien, Tiberius is never wrong, just ask him.   Born to a military legend, the High General Xenon Tiberius III, Phinneas was destined for greatness in the mightiest force in the galaxy, the Xenoslovian Conquering Army of Xenoslovia.  

 Unfortunately, in reality, Tiberius is a pig headed moron.  Or, as his parents put it, “the biggest failure in the known universe – including this and every dimension – parallel or otherwise!  Simply put, he’s not making the Xenoslavians proud.

An enormous, fearsome, war mongering race of beings, the Xenoslavians are natural conquerors. In most cases, simply showing up has been reason enough for nearly every race on every other planet to lay down their weapons in defeat.   The Xenoslavians are, in essence, the biggest, badest, meanest beings in the universe.

Despite this, Tiberius has conquered nary a planet, not even a moon.  Nearly flunking out of the military academy, he’s only risen to the rank of commander.  And that’s really just a gift because his father is a national treasure.   He recently overheard his father telling his mother that Tiberius was a…disappointment.

On the verge of being dismissed from the military, a fate worse than death, Tiberius tries to redeem himself by going on Xenoslavia’s most popular game show, “Conquer That Planet!” On his round, draws the planet Earth!   A hushed awe befalls the studio audience when Tiberius pledges to conquer Earth with only two crew members. With his usual pig-headedness, Tiberius charges straight ahead, not bothering to find out why no one else has ever attempted to conquer Earth.   He quickly chooses his crew - the bright, loyal Science Officer Dolly, who is not amused by Tiberius’s incompetence.   And the looming, muscle-bound Grunt, who, despite his massive hulking size, is afraid of his own shadow and only wants to go home to be with his beloved pet, a giant scorpion-like creature lovingly known as Wuzzy.

The strange threesome head off to Earth in their ship, the Doomcraft 4000 a ridiculously massive, daunting and powerful battleship, built for immediate, merciless destruction.   

The mere sight of the Doomcraft 3000 made the entire Cluquian Galaxy (known as the second most feared beings in the universe) surrender to the Xenoslavians without a shot being fired!  So, being granted a Doomcraft 4000 made Tiberius even more confident.  

Eager to redeem his career, he was certain the puny planet will easily fall under his might.  There’s only one problem: once on Earth, Tiberius and his crew discover they’re only two inches tall.  Oops.

What to do? Tiberius can’t return without completing the mission he’ll lose the game, get kicked out of the military and worse, further disappoint his powerful father.  

But how to take over a planet where everyone is so big?   Even the mighty Doomcraft 4000 is only slightly bigger than a Frisbee.

In their quest to conquer Earth, can these tiny aliens…measure up?
